▶ Purpose of collecting and using personal information

- To identify the customer, identify his/her name, make sure willingness of join, do function of age limit for service use in e-biogen service use.
- To deliver announcements, communicate with customers and handle claims, and check shipping addresses.
- To share up-to-date information and deliver information for personalized service.
- To improve service quality.

- Collected information will be disposed of once the purposes/goals are achieved.
- However, the information could be kept for 3 months after the purposes/goals are achieved for the purpose of better customer consultation/service/communication,
and in case that the information needs to be kept because of the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Law, it will be kept longer.
