Enzymatic Methyl-Seq (EM-Seq)
Enzymatic Methyl Sequencing (EM-Seq) is an enzyme-based approach that increases the reliability of methylation analysis by minimizing DNA damage caused by conventional bisulfite treatment methods. It effectively detects 5-mC and 5-hmC, provides various analysis results such as methylation calling, DMC & DMR (Differentially methylated cytosines and regions) along with ExPADA report.
