Antibody Array는 high-throughput ELISA 기반의 플렛폼으로 다양한 샘플(세포, 조직, serum, plasma, culture media)에서 수백개의 단백질을 한번의 array로 protein expression을 profiling 할 수 있습니다. 특히 Phospho antibody array를 이용하여 protein의 phosphorylation을 profiling 할 수 있습니다.

Bottom-up proteomics 방식의 LC-MS/MS Proteomics 서비스는 단백질으로부터 digestion된 peptide들이 이온화과정을 거쳐 MS기기로 측정 및 protein DB에 매칭되며, ID된 protein 들을 분석할 수 있습니다.
High Resolution/High Accuracy Mass Spectrometry 분석 기반의 Proteomics 분석서비스는 실험 방법에 따라서 높은 정확도의 단백질 정성분석(identification)과 정량분석(quantification)이 가능하며, 최소 수백 개에서 수 천개의 protein 확인이 가능합니다.

LC-MS/MS Metabolomics 서비스는 세포, 조직, 유기체 등에 존재하는 대사체의 동정(Identification) 및 정량(Quantification)을 목적으로 시료에 포함되어 있는 대사물질을 검출 할 수 있는 서비스입니다. 샘플 내에 있는 metabolite을 profiling하는 Untargeted 방식과 특정 metabolite를 검출하는 Targeted 방식으로 진행하고 있습니다. 샘플 전처리부터 LC-MS/MS 실험, 분석 및 데이터 분석 서비스를 진행해드리고 있습니다.
