WinSeurat은 Single cell RNA-seq 분석에서 기본적인 조건 이외에 연구자가 원하는 분석 조건을 입력하여 보다 정교한 분석을 진행할 수 있는 프로그램입니다. WinSeurat은 리눅스 환경에 익숙하지 않은 연구자들이 Windows 환경에서 Single cell RNA-seq 분석을 쉽게 수행할 수 있도록 Seurat이라는 R 패키지 프로그램을 개조하여 제작되었습니다.
